~Journeyman’s Cognations~
I’ve learned a few things this year 2021…
– Leave people where they are, if you want to do something good for someone pray for them.
– Accept situations for what they are; not every action needs a reaction. do not give anyone the power to take you out of balanced character.
– If you’re easily offended you are easily manipulated.
– Not even for fun because it never stops at one.
– Be patient, rushing costs time; never waste time, time is more expensive than gold.
– Hire people because they are capable and willing, not because they are your friend.
– Be ok by yourself.- Stay positive, hopeful.
– Forgive and move on, storing animosity dirties your spirit.
– Rise above the Flesh; reality is the mind.
– Accept you have issues that are no one elses job to fix but yourself.
– Even if it’s only one, stay close to those who care, and distance yourself from those who don’t.- Exercise and Eat, work addiction is as bad as Alcoholism.
– Get over the fear of change, or be a prisoner to what you have outgrown.
– What doesn’t kill you will be really uncomfortable, but you will Survive.
– Love those who love you, stay with those who love your company and conversation.
– Teach as much as possible, if the lesson resonates, that lesson will be passed on.
– Some have personalities that are beyond education to help.
– You can’t save/teach/help everybody no matter how hard you try you will become lost with them. – Listen more speak less.
– If you don’t want to be a hunch back, fix your posture.
– Keep company with those that are going in the same direction.
– At 45 years old, 1000 days goes by in what seems like a year. time is speeding up.
– Aside from himself, the perception of time is man’s greatest enemy.
– Some people will never see your value; that doesn’t negate theirs.
– Drugs and alcohol is Haram and distort my spirits connection with the source.
– Never argue with simpletons unless you intend on simplifying yourself.
– Resolutions and closure seldomly come on your time, and often never come at all; don’t slow your pace and move on.
– Never cry over spilled milk, just clean it up, and pour yourself another glass.
– The one you had in your hand is worth all the others combined.
– Anger subtracts from life and love.
